When I check out I lose all the items in my cart. Did I do something wrong?

kidboxes.com uses "cookies" to store items that you wish to purchase. If items placed in the shopping cart are lost this ususally means that "cookies" have been disabled.

If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, you can enable cookies by following these steps:

Select:
1. TOOLS
2. INTERNET OPTIONS
3. SECURITY TAB
4. INTERNET LEVEL EQUAL TO MEDIUM OR LOWER
5. OK BUTTON


If you are using Netscape 4.0 or higher, you can enable cookies by following these steps:

Select:
1. EDIT
2. PREFERENCES
3. ADVANCED
4. highlight or select "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server".
