What happens if my order is lost?

As we cannot guarantee delivery from the Post Office, I would first check with your local post office. If you live in an apartment complex, you may want to check with your apartment manager to see if your package was left in the office.

If you have had problems with missing orders in the past, you may want to add "Delivery Confirmation", "Certified" or "Restricted" Mail to your order. These are additional charges and we will get you a quote on any of the above requests.
